Level 2.. Whoop Whoop!

I’m back delivering today!  Isn’t this is great news!

I have had quite a few txt’s yesterday asking if I’m back – YES I AM!

I will try and keep up with deliveries today as normal but there is a bit more paperwork to do at my end which will take up some time so please be patient but I am so looking forward to it!  If you all can stay inside – I will come to your door and get orders then we can sort it out from there.

Grant will be in the Trailer as usual and still needs everyone to remember to scan in as it takes him time to do it manually.  SO …..  IF YOU WANT FAST SERVICE AND WE KNOW YOU DO– SCAN IN PEEPS! 😊

Looking forward to a bit more freedom and seeing you all this morning.

LEVEL 3!

BACK TO LEVEL 3 TOMORROW EVERYONE,

Glad to say we will be operating in the trailer on McNulty Road as planed tomorrow.
Hours are 0630 to 1130ish We hope to see you there. We can’t wait to have a decent coffee believe me! Plunger just doesn’t cut it long term.

The van will not be fully operating fully under level 3 yet – only doing work shouts that are booked the day before that can be contactless deliveries. If you would like to book let me know. If this changes I will let you know.

Just remember the new rules that have now been put in place.
It is now compulsory for all people over the age of 12 to keep a record of where they have been to assist in contact tracing efforts.  Please make sure you sign in when you arrive.
This also means that all businesses are required to provide both a COVID-19 App QR Code and a form of manual contact tracing register (For those without smart phones or useless phones like Grants)

SO JUST THE USUAL RULES PEEPS
WEAR YOUR MASK
KEEP THE TWO METER RULE – (WE HAVE PLACED MARKERS OUT FOR YOU ALL)
SCAN IN OR WE CAN MANUALLY SIGN YOU IN – (DON’T FORGET TO TURN YOUR BLUETOOTH ON IN YOUR COVID APP!)
AND …BE NICE ……….AHHH !!!
MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL – ENJOY YOUR COFFEE!!

Hope to see you this week all fit and well

Afternoon Coffee Lovers!

We have successfully completed one week of level 4 lockdown. Whoop Whoop 😊 !!!

We have had heaps of desperate messages regarding our customers missing the daily coffee fix. We have been thinking of you all in your time of need! We have been sorting things out so we can safely keep our customers and ourselves covid safe when we get to level 3. We are really hoping for this to happen on Monday. We think we are all set to go and just need to organize our milk delivery.

We will be operating Grants trailer on McNulty Road for the first week except business shouts where I can safely deliver to clients on a contactless basis. If your company requires this please let us know the day before so we can set up the van.

SO JUST THE USUAL RULES PEEPS, WEAR YOUR MASK KEEP THE TWO METER RULE – (WE HAVE PLACED MARKERS OUT FOR YOU ALL) SCAN IN OR WE CAN MANUALLY SIGN YOU IN – (DON’T FORGET TO TURN YOUR BLUETOOTH ON IN YOUR COVID APP!) BE NICE!! ……….AHHH AND ENJOY YOUR COFFEE!!

We have been good -Grants suffering from gold withdrawal symptoms which is not to be surprised about! It’s painful to live with sometimes though, so of course I just tease the hell out of him over it just to make it worse……(Well that’s what you do isn’t it?) Soooo we set up a little something for him with some old paydirt – this kept him quite for a few hours lolz and yes he did find some gold!

I’ve kept myself busy burning my ‘burn off pile’, but had to stop over the last two days as the wind has come up. Now I might head into the garden and start planting the couple of hundred hedge plants I have been trying to do for the last year! So we will keep you all posted and will adjust with the alert levels. Fingers crossed for Level 3 on Monday and a milk delivery beforehand. In the mean time take care and see you all on the other side xxx

Returning to Level 2 : UPDATE

We would like to thank everyone for your support over the last two weeks. It’s been great seeing you all again!

You all have certainly have kept us busy to say the least!

Because we have been so busy over the last two weeks, we have decided to remain in the Coffee Trailer on McNulty Road for at least another week. If next week is anything like the last two weeks just having one of us in the trailer would not work.

After next week we will make the decision if the Coffee Van will start in a limited fashion maybe early in the morning and later in the morning having a break between 0900 and 1030 to help Grant in the trailer in his busy time.

In the meantime, woohoo for Level 2!!!!   Let’s keep our fingers crossed that this happens next week.

Cromwell is an awesome little town and from what we have heard this week most of our customers are trying to support local businesses whenever they can which is great! To those business’s that couldn’t open in level 3 get ready! The current hairdos are not too flash and they are just the ones I can see!……. I keep remembering Bryce Casey comments on The Rock the other week that he can’t get ‘Mum Bush” out of his head. For those who missed it https://www.therock.net.nz/home/shows/the-morning-rumble/2020/03/mum-bush-has-made-a-comeback.html

Keep it local Cromwellians!

See you all next week!

COVID-19 Update – Moving to Level 3

We would like to thank everyone for your wonderful messages begging us to come back ASAP.  We know there are many of you who are hanging out for great coffee. Some of the pic’s and comments you have sent of your own coffee achievements and disasters have been quite entertaining to say the least!

Therefore we are happy to let you all know that Caffeine Injection will be open for business on Tuesday 28th April.

We will both be operating Grant’s Coffee Cart on McNulty Road at the usual spot from 0630 hours.

(The Coffee Van will not be operating during the first week back)

We will be taking all the necessary precautions to ensure our customers and ourselves stay well.

We ask that everyone remembers to keep to the 2 meter rule.  We will have markers on the ground at every two meters for you.

We would prefer EFTPOS paywave transactions but will accept cash. There will be a separate container for the cash you give us which will be disinfected before going back in the till.

We are in a small bubble and all of us have been well. We have been trying to keep busy over the last four and a half weeks and are looking forward to getting back into it and seeing you all again.

We will keep you all posted as things progress over the next few months.

Hope to see you all soon!

Take care,

Grant and Pallas
